Good Knowledge of Operating systems – XP/2000/Vista, Good software knowledge (Viruses, spy wares, Control Panel etc )

Salary:- INR 2,00,000 – 2,40,000 P.A. Attendance Bonus Meals pickup & drop

Travel Boundaries: Uptil Virar, Panvel, Badlapur and Colaba. Selected candidates are given offer on the same day.

Job Description

Answers incoming customer calls with a friendly and positive manner

Responds to incoming calls from the customers to solve queries and provide alternative options,
Ensure resolutions
Ensures all information provided to the Customer

Salary:

INR 96,000 - 1,50,000 P.A.  & Other Benefits*
