Position : Receptionist
Work Experience 1 - 5 Years

Age Criteria 18 - 28 Years

Marital Status - Single

Requirements:
SPA Receptionist: Salary range 10k to 12k. We have opening for two locations Peddar Road & Santacruz at domestic airport.

Receptionist: Young Female with pleasant & pleasing personality, good communication, having 1-2 yrs exp. Salary Rs. 8000 - 10000/- location Kandivali (E)

Reporting to    Centre Head

Specific Responsibilities

1   1 (Can vary depending upon the strength of the clinic)
Specific Responsibilities
2    To take care of In bound calls and taking messages, fixing appointments, transferring calls to concerned person.
3    Responsible for doing Out bound calls (Minimum 50 call per day) to the clients as per the instructions / targets allotted.
4    Should take up PBT & TST as and when required / instructed incase of exigency and emergency requirement.
5    To be responsible for Product Explanation
6    To give appointments for follow up, TST , PBT and Carefree
7    To be responsible for Bill making, if required

3     Should be well versed with Telephone etiquette
Internal    Centre Head, Tricho Counselor, Trichologist, Assist. Doctor, TST Technician, Cashier, Stock Head, Office Staff, Security Personnel
