Production / Operation Job Opening for Exhibitions/ Events - Mumbai - qualities of a purchase executive

Should have knowledge of materials for exhibition projectsPreparation of complete Material List (raw materials, in stock materials, new materials purchase etc) as per Design & DeliverablesDeal with vendors for finalization of project integrities
To take care of execution of the Project - from fabrication, on site installation, dismantling till warehousing as per the assigned targets & plans.
Deliver & maintain high quality levels, completion within set time frames & controlled costs.
To be totally responsible & check that production is progressing as per planned timeline, production drawing, specification & in high quality at Workshop level
To supervise onsite work & be responsible for successful completion of Projects
To Discuss the details i.e. fabrication, installation & technical aspects with working teams and clarify immediately in case of any doubts
Understand plan about Project i.e. time chart, deadlines, selected working teams & supporting vendorsOther Required Skills

Experience in site supervision work for Interior Design or Exhibition projects or Construction Project
Knowledge to understand details of designs, supervise carpenter, electrician, painter etc.
Only Male candidates from Mumbai
