ROLE:
1.Screen and refer applicants to hiring personnel in the organization, making hiring recommendations when appropriate
2.Joining formalities.
3.Handling employee database(both in soft form and files management)
4.Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work related problems.
5.Leaves and attendance management.
6.Confirmations, performance appraisals, performance management.
7.Liason with various consultants.
8.Motivate employees on day-to-day basis.
9.Stop all type of rumours and misleading communication.
10.Administering disciplinary procedures.
11.Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude towards organizational objectives.
12.Role in “employee engagement”… winning the trust of the employee and hence can help the organization in controlling the attrition.
