Responsible for developing HR policies and procedures from time to time for India.Will support Country Head and other Business Unit heads in developing an ideal organizational structure, asWell as review of the same from time to time.Will play a very strategic role as part of the senior management team and come up with innovative programsfor employee engagement, employee communication, employee relations ,rewards & recognition and

assessment centres.Will be responsible for overall statutory compliance for all locations pertaining to Labour law

compliance.

8. People planning as per annual people plan and working out sourcing strategies from time to time for infusion of

fresh & lateral talent.Carry out relevant HR projects in coordination with regional HR team.

Compensation will be best in the industry (Upt0 40 lacs)
