Reporting Relationship:- Territory Manager / Cluster Manager

Function / Department:- Mallassurance

Direct Reports:- Insurance Executives

Branch / Location:- Mumbai

Purpose of Role The primary responsibility of the Business Manager is to recruit, train & drive a work force of Insurance Executives towards achieving the targeted business numbers.

Description of Role:-

 Relationship Management with Future Group formats through which we operate

 Ensure Future Generali visibility, Infrastructure & presence within stores

 Act as a coach for the Insurance Executives – to ensure direction & Support required is delivered

 Handhold Insurance Executives till the time they get up the learning curve

 Employee Motivation & Retention

 Drive Key Input Performance Indicators with an objective of driving the targeted Business numbers

 Apply ones knowledge experience to take Smart Business decisions

 Aggregate & Report Business Performance for region Under Supervision

 Ensure regular training for the team members

 Ensure all mandatory activities related to rule & regulations of the company are always complied.

Eductation & Experience :-

· Graduate / Postgraduate with over 6 years of experience

· Minimum 4 Years of Direct Sales Experience

· < 40 years of age

Compensation:- Upto Rupees 5,50,000/- per annum business development allowance lucrative incentive structure.
